Here at Milan Eye Center, we are pleased to offer you telemedicine appointment options to access eye care and connect with your doctor from the comfort and safety of your home!

Appointments take about 10-15 minutes and are easy to do from your smartphone, computer or tablet! During this appointment, you can discuss your eye health with your doctor, update any prescriptions, and ensure that your overall health and well-being are in a good place during this national crisis.

No Software Downloads Required! Just use a browser on a computer or device with a camera and microphone. We will send you a link via text and email 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to enter your doctor’s virtual waiting room.
Covered by Insurance. Virtual exams will be covered by most medical insurance plans.
Safe and Secure. All data is encrypted, your sessions are anonymous, and none of your information is stored. We have made an effort to ensure our system is compliant with HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR data privacy requirements.

At The Time of Your Appointment

Please click on your provider’s link below to access their virtual waiting room. Enter your name and press “check-in” and your doctor will join you shortly. We will also send you a direct link via text and email 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to easily access your appointment on your preferred electronic device.

Please note, if you enter the waiting room at any other time than scheduled, your physician may not be available online.
