Our eye care center caters to the needs of residents in Alpharetta and surrounding areas including Roswell and Milton. We are also affiliated with Northside Hospital Forsyth. At the Alpharetta eye care center, our highly-qualified and experienced surgical team provide the following range of state of the art vision correction services:

• Refractive Surgery (LASIK, PRK, RLE, ICL) – We perform a variety of vision related refractive surgeries, such as LASIK and PRK surgery, Refractive Lens Exchange(RLE), and Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) to correct vision issues related to myopia and presbyopia (nearsightedness and farsightedness). Refractive surgery may also be used to correct vision issues such as astigmatism.
• Cataract Surgery – You’ll meet with our surgeons to discuss your concerns with your eyes and appropriate treatment options for your cataract removal. We’ll then move forward with bladeless cataract surgery or Intraocular Lens Implants. Cataract surgery is typically a simple and quick vision procedure lasting 15 minutes. We can also perform YAG posterior capsulotomy to correct clouded lenses.
• Oculoplastics (Reconstructive and Aesthetic Treatments) – Our board-certified oculofacial surgeons can treat a number of medically  needed eye conditions and aesthetic oculofacial concerns such as droopy eyes, wrinkles, orbital tumors, eyelid deformities, and more. We’ll discuss your needs and recommend a course of action.
• Pre & Post-operative Care – Before conducting your eye surgery, our team of ophthalmologists and optometrists at Alpharetta will guide you through the pre-op process. This appointment includes your eye consultation, discussing what to expect, and to determine if any vision prep is needed such as using eye drops and arranging a ride home, as well as care guidelines. Post-op, our ophthalmologists can help with all of your patient aftercare needs from our office.
• Glaucoma Treatment & MIGS – If you have symptoms such as eye pain, nausea, headaches, blurred vision, and light sensitivity, you could have glaucoma. Our team of optometrists and ophthalmologists can complete a vision eye exam to diagnose your issues and prescribe eye drops and medication to help treat certain types of glaucoma.
• Diabetic Eye Disease – Because diabetes affects the blood vessels, people who have diabetes often have eye conditions and may require surgery. Our optometrists and ophthalmologists can provide patients a diagnosis and medication to help your eyes and effectively manage this condition.
• Corneal & External Eye Disease Correction – Milan Eye Center provides various state of the art vision treatment and surgery options for patients with vision diseases such as corneal ectasia, corneal cross-linking, and corneal transplants.
• Dry Eye Disease – Our team of optometrists can recommend over-the-counter and prescription treatments for your eyes such as artificial tears, anti-inflammatories, or antibiotics. Your eye doctor may recommend treatments such as punctal plugs, or meibomian gland expression.
• Eye Floaters & Flashes – If you experience eye floaters or flashes, there may be something more serious going on with your eyes and vision. Our ophthalmologists can perform an eye exam to find the root cause of your floaters.
• Chalazion & Eye Styes – Our eye doctors and optometrists can fill a patient prescription for antibiotics in office to combat the infection that causes these bumps around your eyes. In more severe cases, we can provide steroid injections or refer you to another Milan Eye Center location for surgical removal.
