At the Johns Creek center, our highly-qualified and experienced surgical team provides the following range of eye, vision, and LASIK surgery services:

• Pre & Post-operative Care – Before conducting your eye surgery(such as cataract or LASIK surgery) with our ophthalmologists at another Milan Eye Center location, our team of ophthalmologists and optometrists at Johns Creek will guide you through the pre-op process, including the consultation, discussing what to expect, any prep needed such as using eye drops and arranging a ride home. Our eye doctors & optometrists can help with all of your vision and eye-related aftercare needs as well.
• Refractive Surgery (LASIK, PRK, RLE, ICL) – We perform a variety of vision related refractive surgeries, such as LASIK surgery to correct vision issues related to myopia and presbyopia (nearsightedness and farsightedness). Refractive surgery with LASIK may also be used to correct vision issues such as astigmatism.
• Glaucoma Treatment & MIGS – If you have symptoms such as eye pain, nausea, headaches, blurred vision, and light sensitivity, you could have glaucoma. Our team of optometrists and ophthalmologists can complete a vision eye exam to diagnose your issues and prescribe eye drops and medication to help treat certain types of glaucoma.
• Cataract Surgery – You’ll meet with our surgeons to discuss your concerns with your eyes and appropriate treatment options  or surgery for your cataracts. We’ll then move forward with bladeless cataract surgery or Intraocular Lens Implants. Cataract surgery is typically a simple and quick procedure. We can also perform YAG posterior capsulotomy to correct clouded lenses and vision.
• Diabetic Eye Disease – Because diabetes affects the blood vessels, people who have diabetes often have eye issues and may require surgery. Our optometrists and ophthalmologists can provide a diagnosis and medication to help your eyes effectively manage this condition.
• Corneal & External Eye Disease Correction – Milan Eye Center provides various vision treatment and surgery options for patients with corneal ectasia, including corneal cross-linking, and corneal transplants.
• Dry Eyes – Our team of optometrists can recommend over-the-counter treatments for your eyes and vision such as artificial tears and prescribe anti-inflammatories or antibiotics. Your eye doctor may recommend treatments such as punctal plugs.
• Eye Floaters & Flashes – If you experience eye floaters or flashes, there may be something more serious going on with your eyes and vision. Our ophthalmologists can perform an eye exam to find the root cause of your floaters.
• Chalazion & Eye Styes – Our optometrists can prescribe antibiotics to combat the infection that causes these bumps around your eyes. In more severe cases, we can provide steroid injections or refer you to another Milan Eye Center location for surgical removal.
