Dr. Asaf Bullkich is a Board-Certified Optometrist, specializing in medical and comprehensive eye care, including the diagnosis and management of glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, dry eyes, and co-management of ocular surgical procedures, among other anterior/posterior segment conditions of the eyes.

Dr. Bullkich was born in Israel where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Optometry from Bar-Ilan University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He decided to further his education by pursuing a Doctor of Optometry degree from NOVA Southeastern University, graduating with Highest Honors. He has been active in the profession as a member of the American Optometric Student Association (AOSA), the Student Association for Ocular Disease, and the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. He is a current member of the Georgia Optometric Association and American Optometric Association. He has participated as a primary author for both a poster presentation and publications, including an article in Modern Optometry. Throughout his training, Dr. Bullkich rotated through various medical eye centers with an emphasis on ocular disease, where he gained extensive knowledge on diagnosing and managing these conditions and co-managing surgical cases.

Dr. Bullkich enjoys being with his wife and two children in his spare time. He speaks Hebrew and Spanish and will be seeing patients at our Johns Creek and Cumming locations.
