Feedback of your experience at Milan Eye Center
As we begin to collect a series of written feedback, photo, audio and/or video content from our patients, we would like to share them with future patients. This may help them know what to expect during their visit and help ease any nerves they may have. Medical photographs may be taken before, during or after a surgical procedure or treatment and consent is required to take such photographs. I understand that I will not be entitled to monetary payment or any other consideration as a result of any use of these images.
