We offer comprehensive eye care in our new state of the art facility located in the heart of Johns Creek adjacent to the new Emory Johns Creek Hospital.
Our founding physician, Milan R. Patel, M.D., is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist, who offers a full range of eye treatments and corrective procedures including cataract lens replacement surgery, corneal transplant surgery, blepharoplasty (eyelid) surgery, SLT laser treatment for glaucoma, diabetic eye care, dry eye treatments, and treatments for many other eye diseases. In January, 2011, Dr. Patel was appointed to serve as Chief of the Ophthalmology Division at Emory Johns Creek Hospital. This community hospital is known for its state –of-the-art technology and advancement in surgical procedures for the eye.
Dr. Patel was selected by Castel Connolly as “Top Doctor” in the field of Ophthalmology. The doctors selected for this recognition were selected after peer nomination, extensive research and careful review and screening by Castle Connolly’s doctor-directed research team.
Milan Eye Center offers specialized eye care services to areas all around the metro Atlanta area including areas such as Alpharetta, Cumming, Milton, Duluth, Suwanee, Buford, Dahlonega, Dawsonville, Roswell, Norcross, Gwinnett, as well as Johns Creek. Milan Eye Center is a premier ophthalmology practice and is affiliated with Atlanta's finest hospitals including Northside Forsyth Hospital and Emory Johns Creek Hospital.
